A manual reeling device for riveting contains a reeling head connected with a drive with a clamp of packet and an element of orientation of swaging of reeling head, and a support located coaxially with reeling head. For the purpose of increase of reliability of operation of device and quality of riveting it is equipped with a drive for support made in the form of a basic actuating cylinder located on the housing along the axis of reeling head, and additional actuating cylinder fastened on the housing.
