Спосіб спектрально-поляриметричної діагностики аденокарциноми шийки матки шляхом використання He-Ne лазера, при якому зразок тканини шийки матки опромінюють лазерним променем в широкому спектральному діапазоні і досліджують зміни поляризаційних параметрів та моделюють анізотропну структуру шийки матки за величинами лінійного дихроїзму і його спектральних залежностей в спектральному інтервалі λ=330-750 нм, з максимальними значеннями при аденокарциномі шийки матки в ділянці λ=410-430 нм.Method for spectral-polarimetric diagnostics of cervical adenocarcinoma by using a He-Ne laser, in which a sample of cervical tissue is irradiated with a laser beam in a wide spectral range and investigates changes in polarization parameters and models the anisotropic structure of the cervix according to the magnitudes of linear and diurnal diameters λ = 330-750 nm, with maximum values for adenocarcinoma of the cervix in the area λ = 410-430 nm.
