Abstract
A method of prediction of fracture nonunion includes clinical examination, radiography, determination by means of PCR of a polymorphism of genes of MTHFR C677T, eNOS T786C, and by means of immune-enzyme method of levels of SRB and TFR-β1. Fracture nonunion is predicted in case of the presence of homozygous carriage of the Tallele 677TT, C-allele 786-SS, and if SRB>6 mg/l, TFR-β1<14 ng/ml.
