Abstract

Пристрій тепловологісної обробки повітря містить камеру зрошення з піддоном, в якій розташовані два ряди стояків із поверненими один до одного розпилювачами води та розміщену між ними насадку, причому піддон розділений перегородкою на відсіки отепленої та холодної води, а перший за ходом повітря ряд стояків підключений за допомогою трубопроводу з насосом до відсіку холодної води, на виході камери зрошення встановлений теплообмінник, а вхід по теплоносію другого теплообмінника, встановленого перед камерою зрошення, зв'язаний через насос з відсіком отепленої води. Крім цього, введено холодильну установку, вхідний патрубок випарника якої під'єднано до вихідного патрубка другого теплообмінника, встановленого перед камерою зрошення, а вихідний-зв'язаний трубопроводом через регулюючий орган із другим за ходом повітря рядом стояків, вхідний патрубок конденсатора зв'язаний трубопроводом через регулюючий орган з вихідним патрубком теплообмінника після камери зрошення, а вихідний його патрубок-трубопроводом із насосом із вхідним патрубком теплообмінника після камери зрошення.The heat treatment device includes an irrigation chamber with a pallet, in which there are two rows of risers with rotated water sprays and a nozzle placed between them, the pallet is divided by a partition into the compartments of heated and cold water, and the first in the course of the air a series of risers is connected by a pipeline with a pump to the cold water compartment, a heat exchanger is installed at the outlet of the irrigation chamber, and a coolant inlet to the second heat exchanger installed in front of the irrigation chamber is connected via the pump with a compartment of heated water.
