Сонячна фотоелектрична термоповітряна електростанція містить зовнішнє прозоре покриття, внутрішнє пустотіле покриття, заповнене теплоносієм, покриття утворюють між собою щілину, витяжну трубу з турбогенераторним вузлом, внутрішнє покриття і витяжна труба виконані з теплопровідного матеріалу із затемненою поверхнею, в порожнині витяжної труби коаксіально встановлена додаткова труба, яка з'єднана із внутрішнім покриттям.
