Abstract
The dermatome for cutting various thin and embossed autodermografts contains the handle with the drive, the mechanism for movement transformation, the flat blade, the protective plate, the limiting plate containing the cusps on the working surface. The limiting plate consists of the upper and lower parts. The upper part contains the cusps 1.5 mm in width and 2.0 mm in height with spacing of 1.5 mm and is equipped with the mechanism of the displacement relative to the lower part of the limiting plate (0.1-2.0 mm). The lower part of the limiting plate contains the cusps 1.5 mm in width and 2.0 mm in height with spacing of 1.5 mm and is equipped with the mechanism of the displacement relative to the case of dermatome (0.1-2.0 mm). The cusps of the upper part move freely between the spaces separating the cusps of the lower part. In matched position, the even lower surface of the limiting place is generated which is regulated by the mechanism of the lower part of the limiting plate being positioned relative to the sharp edge of the flat blade.
