The method of protection and repair of building structures, including determination of damage zone, removal of dirt and brittle concrete, and surface treatment, at that surface treatment in the places where metal piping, through which water filteration takes place is carried out by performing the following processing methods: the removal of the concrete to a depth of 60 mm, 50-60 mm in width along the contour of the pipe, the pipe metal cleaning with removal of rust, coatings and dirt, filling of leakages between the pipe and the construction with quick-curing backfill mortar of type AKVAFIKS, sealing the pipe by winding with water-swellable cord of type VATERSTOP 1520, applying a layer of elastic waterproofing based on fibropolymertcement mixture that consists of Portland cement, silica sand, mineral and polymeric additives, 150-200 mm in width with pipe starting at 100-150 mm.
