Abstract
Спосіб удосконалення лікування виразкової хвороби у дітей шляхом проведення комплексної антихелікобактерної терапії, при якому окрім "потрійної" медикаментозної терапії (амоксицилін+кларитроміцин+де-нол впродовж 7 днів) призначають препарат із пребіотичною та сорбувальною дією лактофільтрум дітям до 12 років по 1 таблетці тричі на добу, дітям старше 12 років - по 2 таблетки тричі на добу за 1 годину до прийму їжі впродовж 2-х тижнів, для відновлення мікрофлори кишечнику, підвищення місцевого імунітету та зменшує прояви інтоксикації.A method of improving the treatment of peptic ulcer in children by carrying out complex anthelicobacter bacterial therapy in which in addition to "triple" drug therapy (amoxicillin + clarithromycin + de-nol for 7 days) prescribe a drug with prebiotic and sorptive action lactic acid filtration for 1 year day, children over 12 years - 2 tablets three times a day for 1 hour before meals for 2 weeks, to restore intestinal microflora, increase local immunity and reduce the manifestations of intoxication.
