Abstract

A method for post-burn rehabilitation comprising the saturation of the affected area with the ozonized physiological saline, the destruction of the lipocytes of the subcutaneous fat, the removal of the dispergate and emulsion of the fat tissue is characterized in that the saturation of the affected area with the ozonized physiological saline is provided in puncture mode, the lipocytes of the subcutaneous fat are destroyed by acoustic cavitation via the layer of Ozonid oil, the dispergate and emulsion of the fat tissue is removed spontaneously. The volume of the ozonized physiological saline is 3-5 times as high as the volume of the tissues in the affected area, the ozone concentration in the ozonized physiological saline is 3.25-4.0 µg/mL, the ozone concentration in Ozonid oil is 300-400 mmol/kg, and the frequency of cavitation is from 30 kHz to 1 MHz.
