Abstract

According to the invention, a garnment comprises the main part, a waistband which is made along the circumference at the upper edge of the main part and has opposite ends and also an elastic tape arranged in the waistband. At the front surface of one of the opposite ends and on the reverse surface of the other end fixing agents are made, and the opposite ends of the elastic tape, which can be extended from one end on lateral surface thereof and from an opening formed on the reverse surface of the other end, are connected with the aid of connecting agents in such a manner that the length of the elastic tape can be adjusted. In doing so the main part is formed as that with opening and closing parts, having opening/closing means and those which are an extension of the opposite ends which can be separated from each other and are forced apart to the left and right with the aid of said opening/closing means which are invisible at the front when the opening or closing parts are connected between each other. Due to this fact a garnment can be created including a skirt and trousers and having a changeable waist size that can be adjusted by the garnment’s owner keeping the nice external appearance of the garnment.
