A mechatronic gripping device comprises a gripping device with a plurality of grippers connected to a drive unit, has a mechanical transmission assembly comprising a lever locking mechanism. The device is equipped with upper and lower guide rails, grippers are secured on carriages, which are located on lower mutually parallel guide rails with possibility to move along them, the carriages are connected between them by two levers, which to the carriages and to each other are mounted pivotally, and the levers have between them an additional roller, all rollers are mounted in the guide channels of the upper guide rails, which penetrate into the movable frame, whose edges are connected to the vertical guides to allow vertical movement, while in the upper part to the movable frame a rod of the linear motor is attached which is related via a controller and control systems with the grippers.
