Abstract
A method for the surgical treatment of the chronic rectal fissures comprises the en bloc excision of anoderma defect overlapping the safety margins within the adjacent tissues, the separation of the mucosa in both directions from the edges of the wound, the mobilization of the skin flap of anoderma, the limited posterior sphincterotomy. Concurrent with the fashioning of the skin flap its hemostasis is provided with the following angioplasty with adaptation sutures. The mucous-muscular flap and skin flap are sewed with intramural suture reinforced with three separate sutures.
