Abstract
A method for preoperative therapy of the uterine leiomyoma provides for the oral administration of iron-containing drug at a daily dose of 80 mg of iron and the drug containing ulipristal acetate at a daily dose of 5 mg for 3 months starting from the first week of the menstrual cycle. At the same time the course of the drug containing indol-3-carbinol and epigallocathechin-3-gallate is prescribed at a daily dose of 200-400 mg (should be taken with the meals).
