Abstract
Disclosed is a method for machining holes of plain bearings made of high-alloyed composites for printing machines by fine-grained grinding tools with cutting fluid (coolant). Surface treatment of the friction part holes is carried out by wheels of cubic boron nitride (CBN) with grain size of 14-50 microns on a bakelite-rubber bond and the surface treatment is performed in the following technological regimes: rotational speed of a part- 35-50 m/min., rotational speed of CBN wheel - 40-55 m/s, speed of longitudinal motion of the tool along the axis of the hole of treatment surface - 1.5-3.5 m/min., cutting depth - 5-20 µm.
