An apparatus for grinding materials comprises a frame, on which a mill is rotatably mounted which is made in the form of a cylindrical body fixedly attached to the frame of end walls, on one of which a chute is secured to feed the starting material in the housing cavities and on the opposite end wall – an unloading unit. It comprises a distribution table with guide plates, a knife for pushing material on the distribution table and a grinding roller with a motor. The chute for supply of starting material is divided by partitions in at least two channels, it is provided with trays with a cross arm and is attached to one of the end walls at an acute angle to the plane of distribution table located above the grinding roller across the width of housing and secured to the permanently mounted end walls and provided with guide plates fixed in fan-shaped manner under the trays with cross arm.
