Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to vascular surgery, and can be used at treatment of infection of synthetic bifurcation artificial limbs of aorto-femoral zone. The central and one of lateral branches of bifuractional neoarto-glomerular-femoral construction is formed by introduction of one autovenous segment along its whole lenght with formation of two-layer venous segment. Due to its the double wall the neoarto-glomerular-femoral construction is stable to increase of internal lumene pressure, which prevents the break of autovenous construction and, accordingly, allows to reduce an amount of intra-and postoperative complications, in particular, the risk of bleeding, loss of an extremity and death at infection of synthetic artificial limb of the aorto-femoral zone.
