Abstract
The invention relates to means for measurement of metrological reliability for high-accuracy determination of calendar time for carrying out first check and other characteristics of metrological reliability of measuring mean. Method for determination of calendar time for carrying out first check of measuring means is in fact that after end determination of class of accuracy for each measuring mean one adjusts prediction values of parameters of Kondratov-Weibull functions by results of measurements, for each of three methods for determination of class of accuracy of measuring means one sets respective, rated by values, increments EMBED Equation.3 and EMBED Equation.3 for errors of measurement EMBED Equation.3 and EMBED Equation.3 , within 1 % and 5 %, respectively, and calendar time EMBED Equation.3 in years for carrying out first check for three methods for determination of class of accuracy of measuring mean one determines by presented implicitly equations for measurements, respectively. The invention provides determination with high accuracy of calendar time for carrying out first check of measuring means.
