Abstract

The invention relates to novel tetrahydrocarbazole derivatives with improved properties, of application as inhibitors of GPCRs. The possibility is thus provided for the treatment with the novel compounds of disease states the expression of which depends on the pathological biochemical action of GPCRs. Said compounds have a particular antagonistic inhibition of the LHRH receptor. The invention further relates to medicaments comprising one or more of the novel compounds as active ingredient. The medicaments are particularly suitable for application in mammals and humans in oral dosage form.
