A process for preparation of alternative fuel consists in the simultaneous supply of all starting components into hydrodynamical disperser: liquid hydrocarbons, water or water medium, and fine solid hydrophilic phase of organic substances, their mixing in the disperser in cyclic operating mode for sufficient grinding of solid phase. During cyclic treatment of alternative fuel it is subjected to vacuum processing, that provides for extraction of some amount of liquid from the content of alternative fuel and enriches it with burnable components – liquid hydrocarbons and fine phase of organic substances.
