Abstract
A method for purification of nucleic acids from biological objects, comprising synthesis of magnetic silicate adsorbent, cell lysis, adsorption of nucleic acids on the surface of magnetic silicate adsorbent, washout from admixtures, and elution of nucleic acids into low-salt solution. Hexadecylpyridinium chloride is used for cell lysis. The particles of magnetite covered with SiO2 are used as magnetic silicate adsorbent, with the mass of SiO2 surface layer of 50.0-75.0 % from the total adsorbent mass.
