Abstract
The invention relates to the branch of welding, namely to welding the materials, in particular to the self-protective flux cored wires, intended for mechanized wet underwater welding, mainly for corrosion-resistant high-alloy nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel of 18-10 type (for welding the underwater metallic structures for particular purpose). A flux cored wire for wet under-water welding of high-alloy nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel of 18-10 type consists of a metallic shell, made from stainless chromium steel with chrome content of 18.0...24.0 %, and a charge containing electrolytic nickel, metallic manganese, ferroniobium, rutile, magnesite, sodium fluosilicate, potassium-sodium silicate lump, fluorite concentrate, lithium fluoride, cryolite, zirconium tetrafluoride and aluminum powder at the following ratio of components, wt. %: electrolytic nickel 15.0...45.0; metallic manganese 1.5...16.0; ferroniobium 1.0...6.0; rutile 0.5...3.0; magnesite 0.5...10.0; sodium fluosilicate 0.2...1.5; potassium-sodium silicate lump 0.1...2.0; fluorite concentrate 30.0...45.0; lithium fluoride 0.5...7.5; cryolite 1.0...4.0; zirconium tetrafluoride 0.5...1.0; aluminum powder 0.2...2.5. At that a coefficient of filling of flux cored wire is 30.0...50.0 %. Use of the flux cored wire provides high welding-technological properties at wet under-water welding of high-alloy nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel of 17-13-3 type and obtaining mechanical properties of metal of weld seam and welded joint, and also quality of metal of weld seam, that meet the requirements of class B AWS/ANSI D3.6 of the Specifications for the Under-Water Welding, and can be recommended for using for repair of underwater structures and metalwork.
