Abstract

Disclosed is a method for quantitative determination of changes of active forms of oxygen in cells in the in vivo system under effect of nano-particles of metal-containing materials. The determination of the changes of generation of active forms of oxygen under effect of nano-particles of magnetic fluid and nano-particles of colloid gold is carried out directly in tumor cells stained with specific dye, without solution of continuity of those by means of flow cytofluorometry.
