Abstract
An anti-gravitation platform includes rotary louver placed under it as frame with plates fixed on axles, those have nano-relief applied to one of the surfaces, this is directed downwards, and the system for control of turn of louver. At that the planes of the upper and the lower louvers are directed with their nano-relief normally with respect to each other, and the system for control of turn of louver includes pinions fixed on the free ends of the axles, those are in contact with the teeth on a rod installed with possibility of displacement in long direction by means of a lever, and the platform is placed to a closed case with frame placed on it, there hermetic pilot’s cabin is placed, there system for control of turn and displacement of louver is placed.
