Abstract
A universal grinder comprises a frame, a hopper, a crushing screw for crushing frozen raw material, which has turns of variable pitch, and may be multithread with a shaft of a variable diameter, a cutting set, which is mounted on the crushing screw, a fixing device for the cutting set, a drive of crushing screw, which is further equipped with a pump, a neck, a pipe, a cutting shaft, an additional cutting set, which is installed on the cutting shaft, a fastening device of additional cutting set, a pump drive, a drive of cutting shaft, a gear pump with internal engagement is used as a pump, the pump is located below the axis of the crushing screw in such a manner that the raw material is fed by the crushing screw into the pipe, from which enters the pump, which in turn delivers it to the neck, within which the cutting shaft is placed and at the exit of which the additional cutting set is mounted.
