Abstract

The invention relates to metallurgy and concerns the removal of arsenic from iron-carbon smelt under vacuum. A plant consists of vacuum-chamber 1, which comprises internal reservoir 2, which is introduced in mouth hot-metal ladle car 3 of reciving ladle 4 equipped with lance 5 for tapping with 4-5 nozzles. Above lance 5 is made deepening for vacuum insert 6, which has the form of truncated cone with angel 15-20° and is made from cast iron. A gate valve 9 is connected vacuum system to vacuum-chamber 1 through buffer reservoir. The plant also compriseslances 10 for oxidizer supply under jet of liquid metal, located in internal reservoir 2, hydrojacks 11 and blowoff systems 12. Technical result: observance of stable pressure vacuum-chamber, increasing of amount of removed arsenic.
