A viscosimeter includes a motor on the shaft of which a drive disc, rotary disc and measuring block of rotary disc are fixed. The motor is mounted by means of holders on the vertical sides of rectangular mounting frame with capability of vertical displacement and fixation. The shaft of the motor is arranged as a section of a tube, a bearing axle is placed in the shaft, the axle is mounted in core supports fixed on horizontal sides of the mounting frame. The rotary disc is fixed on the bearing axle in its lower section and is mounted under the drive disc. The measuring block comprises a cylindrical clutch fixed in the upper zone of the bearing axle, it is made of insulation material, with permanent magnets mounted to its body, and counter-converter which analog input is connected to the input of the secondary device with scale calibrated in units of measurement of viscosity.
