A sandwich film for packaging foodstuffs, emitting CO, includes the first layer, which contains ionomer or polyolefins or mixture of polyolefins, the second layer, which contains an adhesive agent (AD), the third layer, which contains copolymer of polyamide PA6/12 or copolymer of polyamide PA6/69 or copolymer of polyamide PA66/69/6I, or terpolymer of polyamide 6/6,6/12 or mixture thereof, the fourth layer, which contains an adhesive agent (AD), the fifth layer, which contains polyolefin.
