Abstract

Method for control of plasma combustion of coal dust and system for its realization. Invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used for ignition and stabilization of burning of coal dust fuel by means of plasmatrones in coal dust burners of boilers of HPP. Method for control of plasma burning of coal dust in which due to more complete testing of readiness of plasmatrone to work, decrease to minimum of time of operation of plasmatrone in start mode, use of same parameter, that is current of plasmatron for control at normal operation and anomaly, registration of transition processes in plasmatrone and in muffle reliability of control of plasma combustion of coal dust is achieved. New is the fact that before start of plasmatrone one controls electric strength of gap between cathode and inter-electrode insert; one disconnects circuits for start of plasmatrone at coming to minimal current of stable operation of plasmatrone; increases/ decreases in stepped way flow rate of plasma-forming air through plasmatrone at increase/ decrease of current with respect to given levels; one disconnects plasmatrone at increase of current above maximal permitted value or when current in circuit of plasmatrone disappears; one increases/decreases in stepped way supply of dust-air mix through muffle at increase/decrease of burning temperature of coal dust at inlet of muffle with respect to given levels. Technical result is in reliability of control of plasma burning of coal dust, stability and steadiness of control of parameters of plasmatrone and temperature mode of burning of coal dust.
