Technical result stated on increase of quality of information represented, reliability of operation and decrease of cost is achieved by fact that design is optimized and arrangement of light clusters in information standpipes of columns, needed dimensions of information standpipes are determined, and distance of those at formation of video-field of image. Elements of rows are made of two neighboring pixels with general luminodiode and configuration is proposed for arrangement of luminodiodes in pixel that makes it possible to control separation of image.
