Abstract
A multi-stage axial pump that includes a body and placed in it in sequence axial stages installed with inter-stage gap, each of those includes blade impeller installed on rotary shaft and stator apparatus that is a bushing with blades, the impeller and the stator apparatus are installed with gap between those, at that the relative length of the gap between the impeller and the stator apparatus is S1/b=0,07…0,16, and the relative length of the gap between the stages is S2/b=0,155…0,22 (where S1 – length of the gap between the impeller and the stator apparatus, S2 – length of the gap between the stages, b – length of the chord of blade profile at middle section).
