Abstract

A method for producing polymeric composite articles from polymeric waste includes crushing polymeric waste, mixing the crushed polymer waste and with a reinforcing component and a dye to produce a mixture, molding the finished products. Prior to mixing with a reinforcing component and a dye the shredded waste is washed and dried. The resulting mixture is heated to obtain a polymeric composite.
