Abstract
An axial fan includes a protective body, inlet collector, cock, impeller and guide apparatus, at that the bushing of the impeller and the guide apparatus are displaced one with respect to another in direction of effect of the main flow by distance equal to 0.2÷0.3 of the width of the bushing of the impeller, and the impeller itself is surrounded with restriction metal ring, this together with the protective body forms an anti-stall device of the “annular tube” type, at that the restriction ring is placed symmetrically with respect to the vertical axis of the bushing of the impeller, it has width equal to 1.2÷1.3 of the width of its bushing and fixed on the protective body with three pairs of thrusts with circular cross section, those are placed symmetrically in the circles of the ring and provide a gap equal to 0.05÷0.1 of the diameter of the impeller.
