Abstract
A signal generation unit comprises a multi-frequency crystal resonator for reference mode oscillation generation, whose active part is connected to the first pair of electrodes of the multi-frequency crystal resonator, thje second crystal resonator for generation of thermally sensitive oscillation mode, whose active part is connected to the second pairs of electrodes of the multi-frequency crystal resonator, a detector for allocation of reference and thermally sensitive oscillation mode, a circuit for shaping a compensation signal based on difference frequency signal, outputs of the first and second crystal resonators are connected to the detector inputs, the detector output is connected to the input of compensation circuit, a direct digital synthesizer for generation reference frequency of spectrum transfer circuit of a phase lock loop, at that the output signal of compensation circuit is used as a turning signal for the direct synthesizer, the output of spectrum transfer circuit serves as output of turning signal for the generation unit. The unit comprises the third pair of electrodes of the multi-frequency crystal resonator, the third crystal resonator for generation of thermally sensitive oscillation mode, whose active part is connected to the third pair of electrodes of the multi-frequency crystal resonator, the second detector for allocation of resonant frequency of reference and thermally sensitive oscillation mode, whose active part is connected to the third pair of electrodes of the multi-frequency crystal resonator, the second detector for allocation of reference frequency of reference and thermally sensitive oscillation mode. The outputs of first and third crystal resonators are connected to the inputs of second detector. The second detector output is connected to the second input of compensation circuit. The output of first reference mode generator is connected to the clock input of direct digital synthesizer.
