Abstract

The method for treating the diseases of cornea with endothelial lesions comprises the administration of the blood components into the anterior chamber of the eye and, if required, intracorneally. Following paracentesis of cornea, the blood components are administered as stated above in a volume of 0.5-0.8 mL with 7-14 intervals, 1-4 injections. Platelet-enriched autoplasma is used with this aim.
