Abstract
A method for obtaining a polyfunctional dietetic additive provides for treating unconditioned fungi, separating a sediment, treating thereof with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, washing the sediment with water, drying and comminuting thereof. The unconditioned champignons are poured with water and kept at 75-80 °C in the course of 30-60 min and at a water module of 1:(1-2), the obtained mixture is centrifuged. A 3 % aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is added to the formed sediment, kept for 120-270 min at 95-98 °C and the water module of 1:(1-2), the mixture is centrifuged, the formed sediment is washed with water and centrifuged, and the separated sediment is alternately dried with ethanol and ether.
