Measuring Pulse, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure Or Blood Flow
(AREA)
Abstract
A method for the assessment of hemodynamic profile in the pregnant patients with preeclampsy comprises the measurement of blood flow parameters and the calculations. In the course of primary examination or after the clinical effect of the selective hypotensive therapy, the body mass, the age, the body height, arterial blood pressure, and the heart rate are processed according to the formulas. The average dynamic arterial blood pressure, the stroke and minute heart output, heart index, total peripheral vasculature resistance, and energy consumption of myocardium are estimated. The data are plotted as semivector lobed diagram for assessing the hemodynamic profile.
