Non-rooted cultivated oat plants are transferred on a modified Gamborg and Eveleg nutritive medium with addition of BAP – 0.1-0.3 mg/l, sucrose – 40.0-60.0 g/l under the cultivation temperature 24±2 °C and luminance 3000-4000 lx.
