Abstract
A method for extraction of molybdenum from mine waters, water solutions and hydropulps and hybridization thereof involves preliminary microdialysis gravity separation of the concentrated hydropulp, preferably using at least one separation centrifuge, and following thermodialysis processing thereof into molybdenum concentrate. Thermodialysis is carried out in the mode of hydropulp combustion at a temperature of 1500 - , convection sublimation of combustion products, preferably using a cyclone furnace with the liquid slag removal, and capture up to 98 % of molybdenum concentrate, together with the fly ash by ultrafilters disposed in the flow, and molybdenum concentrate hybridization into a new product.
