При цьому корпус виконаний у вигляді паралелепіпеда з закругленими кутами (Патент 72 РФ Мо2056653, МПК 6 С21Е5/005, 1996).A useful model relates to nuclear energy, namely to protective containers, which are designed for 2 transportation and long-term storage and burial of radioactive waste. The container is mainly used for burying highly radioactive waste placed in standard barrels, which are used as disposable containers for superpressing - the so-called "pancakes". As a result of superpressing, the height of the barrel is reduced by five times, which allows more efficient use of the volume of the container and increases the coefficient 70 A well-known reinforced concrete container for burying solid radioactive waste, containing a body with rigging units, the upper part of which is made with a recess for a sealed lid, and the walls of the lid and the side walls of the recess of the housing have wedge-shaped protrusions, offset by a step from each other, between with which the gap is made to be filled with a sealing binding material, and the walls of the case and the cover have a thickness of at least 200 mm. At the same time, the case is made in the form of a parallelepiped with rounded corners (Patent 72 of the Russian Federation Mo2056653, IPC 6 C21E5/005, 1996).
Відомий контейнер транспортно-захисний для твердих радіоактивних відходів, що складається з корпусу, герметичної кришки та такелажних вузлів, які розташовані на корпусі, причому кришка, стінки та дно корпусу виконані з бетону з комбінованим армуванням, яке включає просторовий арматурний каркас, що складається з арматурних стрижнів товщиною 5-1бмм, по обидва боки якого паралельно внутрішнім та зовнішнім площинам кришки, стінок і дна корпусу розташований шар з 3-5 рядів сітки з тонкого дроту товщиною 0,6-1,2мм з розміром комірки від 7 до 20мм, при цьому ширина просторового арматурного каркасу встановлюється виходячи з розрахунку забезпечення товщини захисного шару бетону в межах 5-1Омм, а товщина стінок корпусу, дна і кришки складає не менше 15О0мм (Патент України Мо59479, МПК 7 5215/0005, 2003).The well-known transport-protective container for solid radioactive waste, consisting of a body, a hermetic cover and rigging units, which are located on the body, and the cover, walls and bottom of the body are made of concrete with combined reinforcement, which includes a spatial reinforcing frame, consisting of reinforcing bars rods with a thickness of 5-1 mm, on both sides of which, parallel to the inner and outer planes of the cover, walls, and bottom of the case, there is a layer of 3-5 rows of mesh made of thin wire 0.6-1.2 mm thick with a cell size from 7 to 20 mm, while the width of the spatial reinforcing frame is set based on the calculation of ensuring the thickness of the protective layer of concrete in the range of 5-1Omm, and the thickness of the walls of the case, bottom and cover is at least 15О0mm (Patent of Ukraine Mo59479, IPC 7 5215/0005, 2003).
-оThe disadvantage of the described containers is the impossibility of sealing waste, unreliable sealing of the containers in the 29 zone of contact of the body with the lid and, as a result, an insufficient level of protective properties. -at
оThe useful model is based on the task of improving the transport protective container for solid radioactive waste, in which, due to the new design of the lid, the possibility of compacting the waste is achieved, which allows more efficient use of the container's capacity and increases the level of protective properties of the container. at
«The task is achieved by the fact that in a transport protective container for solid radioactive waste, which consists of a body, a hermetic cover and rigging units, according to a useful model, the cover has two step-through holes and two plugs, and a mesh is welded to the reinforcement of the lower part of the cover. which consists of a spatial reinforcing frame made of rods. Moreover, the lid, walls, and bottom of the housing (Ge) are made of concrete with combined reinforcement, which includes a spatial reinforcing frame consisting of 30 reinforcing rods, on both sides of which, parallel to the inner and outer planes of the lid, walls, and bottom of the housing, there is a layer of 3-5 rows of thin wire mesh, and the thickness of the walls of the case, bottom and cover is at least 150 mm.
