Abstract

Heat - recovery plant has placed in gas duct in sequence in direction of gas flow heat - recovery unit and gas heater, and circuit of circulation of working liquid of heat pump that includes connected in sequence in direction of flow of working liquid gas heater, throttle, evaporator, compressor and condenser, water cavity of that one is connected to pipeline for water supply to heat consumer. Heat - recovery unit is at that made as surface one, water cavity of heat - recovery unit at outlet is connected through condenser to heat consumer, and evaporator is placed in gas duct between heat - recovery unit and gas heater. Besides that to section of contour of circulation of working substance of heat pump between condenser and throttle in parallel additional branch is connected, with controlled valve. Technical result is in removal of circulation circuit of intermediate low-boiling heat carrier with circulation pump and heat exchanger and connection of evaporator to source of heat energy with higher potential (smoke gases), this provides increase of temperature of working substance in evaporator of heat pump. Due to presence of additional branch with controlled valve possibility of control of thermal load of gas heater is achieved. As result, decrease of operation and capital costs and increase of power effectiveness of plant are achieved.
