Abstract
A method for breeding Trichogramma for using at bioplants in industrial production of an entomological Trichogramma preparation for biological protection of plants from pests consists in breeding Trichogramma according to characters of searching ability thereof. It includes applying the eggs of the insect onto a working surface, putting on the working surface of a container with a stock entomological preparation, forcing the Trichogramma to outcome with the aid of a lighting source and infecting the eggs of a pest insect by means of shifting the lighting source along the working surface with the applied eggs of the pest insect during the period of intensive outcome of the Trichogramma. Then selection is carried out of the obtained entomological preparation, which is disposed at the final stage of movement of a forcing lighted area as the stock culture and selecting the other entomological preparation as a commercial crop. The invention allows to obtain the stock culture simultaneously with the industrial production of the entomological Trichogramma preparation without additional consumption of biological materials as well as to reduce significantly or fully eliminate the death of the most biologically active part of Trichogramma females.
