Abstract
A shredder comprises a housing with a cover and openings for supply of initial material and removal of ground product, in which two coaxial plate disks are located with possibility of creating a grinding cavity therebetween, at least one of them has a central opening, one of the disks is fixed, while the other one is movable rigidly mounted on a shaft, while both plate disks are equipped with crushing elements located on their working surfaces made in the form of ribs-cutters. The blades of ribs-cutters are made in the form of an arc of eccentric circle and on the movable disk the ribs–cutters deviate from the center to the periphery against the direction of rotation of the disk, and on the fixed disk - in the course of rotation of the movable disk.
