Abstract
The invention relates to the water treatment, industrial or domestic wastewater by mechanical oscillations with the purpose of biological or chemical purification without essential heating of water, combined with flocculation of suspended impurities and with the removal of suspended impurities by filtration, and can be used, particularly, in agriculture and municipal economy, and also in food and other branches of industry. The installation for water purification and decontamination contains water-supply line, filter, pump, nozzle, heat-exchanger, and output line of treated water. The new in the installation is that the heat receiving channel of the heat-exchanger is mounted on the water-supply line, before the pump, the water-supply line after the pump has branching into two circuits, one circuit is closed in pressure pump line with placed on this circuit multiple camera nozzle, made with effect of equal liquid velocity in cutovers of various nozzle chambers, and the second circuit is joined with inlet of the second heat-removing channel of heat-exchanger, the outlet from which is joined with the output line of treated water. Because of the change in character of joining of structural elements of the installation and applying of multiple camera nozzle with the effect of the equal liquid velocity in various chambers and cutovers of nozzles the design simplification of device and improvement of its functional qualities are provided. The high temperature of water before the nozzle and equal physical properties and flow characteristics in cutovers of various chambers of nozzle are provided stable parameters of generation cavitation.
