Abstract
The invention relates to methods for laboratory studies at implementation of cyto-lumunescent analysis in immunology, hematology, oncology. Method for fluorescent microscopy is in simultaneous use of secondary fluorescence of fluorochromed biological object at its excitation with falling from opaque illuminator blue light and polarization fluorescence of biological object induced with through polarized light, at that balancing of types of fluorescent objects used is determined by means of light-optical system of microscope. The invention provides increase of accuracy and self-descriptiveness of study.
