Abstract

Disclosed is a method for the determination of organ toxicity of compounds of heavy metals in vitro in model of cell culture for different concentrations of compositions of heavy metals. Cultures of cells of human organs are used as models for evaluation of acute organ toxicity of compounds of heavy metals in vitro, to nutrient medium of those compositions of heavy metals are added, by means of tests with methyl thiasolyl tetrazoium, neutral red and sulphorodamine B characteristics of cytotoxic effect and ECare determined, with comparison of those for different cultures, thus organospecific cell culture that is most sensitive to effect of the substance under investigation is found.
