Abstract

A method of electrical checkout of a spacecraft is based on a switching on and off of the spacecraft including connection or disconnection of onboard power supplies or their ground-based simulators, automated issuance of control commands, tolerance control of digital and analog parameters according to the on-board telemetry system and control of monitored parameters of the onboard computer system, monitoring of insulation resistance of an on-board power supply bus relative to the body, forming the automatic program guidelines and directives of the operator in manual mode, forming a test report, displaying a current state of testing process. During switching on the spacecraft before connection of the on-board power supplies or ground-based simulators the electrical resistance is additionally controlled between the on-board power supply buses of spacecraft for compliance with its predetermined value, while in the case of its non-conformity the switching on of the spacecraft is prohibited.
