A useful model refers to medicine, namely obstetrics, and can be used to diagnose 2 vulvovaginitis in pregnant women.
- К., 2001. The so-called non-specific colpitis (vaginitis) is the most frequent pathology in general obstetrics and gynecology practice. Currently, this name represents a group of diseases whose etiological structure and pathophysiological mechanisms of development remain insufficiently studied. This is the reason for the rather frequent ineffectiveness of treatment, relapses of the disease, tendency to a chronic course and the possibility of significant complications in 70 specified conditions, primarily during pregnancy (E.S. Lubyan Vaginosis and vaginitis in pregnant women (risk factors, pathogenesis, diagnosis and prevention of gestational complications): Author's thesis of Doctor of Medical Sciences: 14.01.01 / Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Medical Academy of Ukraine. - K., 2001. - 37 si.
Г.The diagnosis of non-specific colpitis can be made on the basis of examination in mirrors. Normally, the vagina is filled with contents of various consistencies, which are often excreted. Vulvovaginitis is diagnosed 79 in the presence of homogeneous cream-like secretions with an unpleasant odor, foamy, viscous, milky color and thickened, swollen, hyperemic mucous membrane, on which papillae may appear in the form of bright red small grains that are located above the mucous membrane. |Smetnyk V.P., Tumylovych L.G.

Ф. Undoubtedly, the most important role in the development of any inflammatory process in the body belongs to the immune system. Yes, L.V. Antonova et al. (1996) found that the development of inflammatory processes in the internal genital organs of women is accompanied by changes in the immunological state of the body. In particular, with vulvovaginitis, such changes as an increase in the content of Id A, Id M, transferrin and inhibition of leukocyte migration (RGML) were detected. Moreover, the authors believe that changes in some immunological indicators can be a preclinical beginning of the infectious and inflammatory process (Kira E.F. Bacterial vaginosis. - St. Petersburg. 000 "Neva-Lux", 2001. - pt)
С.140-143).P.140-143).
- вThe most accurate way to diagnose vulvovaginitis is microbiological research. The entire complex of microbiological studies is carried out according to a single methodological principle | Methodological recommendations for microbiological diagnostics of diseases caused by non-sporoforming bacteria - in
Ф. - (с.88-94).USSR Ministry of Health, 1986). The native material is placed with a sterile cotton swab on degreased slides, which, after air-drying and fixing in methanol, are stained according to Gram in the modification of Korey M. and Veeptap R. to assess the bacterial flora. In case of vulvovaginitis, a large number of leukocytes are recorded in the secretions (from ZO to bO and more), key cells are absent, but there are enough cells of exfoliated vaginal epithelium (Kira E.F. Bacterial vaginosis. - St. Petersburg. 000 "Neva-Lux", 2001. - (p. 88-94).
«The specified method of diagnosing vulvovaginitis is the closest to what is claimed in terms of technical essence and the result that can be achieved, so it was chosen as the closest analogue. "
40-8090 -Microscopy of wet smears is an effective diagnostic method. The sensitivity of this method is 40-8090 -
Modern method! diagnostics, therapy and prevention of STIs. - Collection of materials of working meetings of 50 dermatovenerologists and obstetricians-gynecologists 1999-2000. - S.5I|. c But despite the rather high sensitivity of the method of the closest analogue, it does not allow to detect the preclinical stage of the disease, to start treatment in a timely manner and to prevent the chronicity of the process.
In connection with the above, the basis of a useful model is the task of increasing the accuracy of diagnosis of vulvovaginitis in pregnant women by diagnosing this pathology at the preclinical stage.
The problem, which is the basis of a useful model, is solved by the fact that in a known method of diagnosing vulvovaginitis in pregnant women, which includes a cytological examination of a sample of biological fluid, according to a useful model, a sample of venous blood is examined and mononuclear cells with signs of apoptosis are detected in it. their number is determined and compared with the norm, if their number is 2 or more times higher than the norm, and vulvovaginitis is diagnosed. "And 20 The positive effect of the useful model is due to the fact that during the development of non-specific colpitis there is a systemic effect, which leads to changes in the cytokine profile of the pregnant woman's body and causes cells to enter apoptosis, while during the physiological course of pregnancy, the deactivation of apoptotic processes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells is noted.
The method is performed as follows
During the follow-up examination of a pregnant woman with suspicion of vulvovaginitis, in addition to traditional laboratory tests, ultrasound and bacteriological tests, she is additionally prescribed a study of immunocompetent cells of peripheral blood to determine the degree and nature of apoptotic processes. For this purpose, the characteristic markers of the apoptotic process are studied using: a) classic dyes that identify DNA fragmentation - deoxyribonucleic acid (acredyl orange); b) the state of receptor 60 structures of CO95, which identify the degree of expression of the receptor to the apoptosis-inducing ligand, in particular tumor necrosis factor (TNF); c) Noesyvi dye (Hoechst 33342); d) quantitative values of apoptosis indicators are established by comparing similar values with the norm. Vulvovaginitis is diagnosed when they increase in relation to the norm by 2 or more times.
