Abstract

A method for regeneration of waste oil consists in sedimentation, filtering with using of clearance filters, and preliminary heating, wherein the oil is charged into tank for sedimentation, after that settled oil is transferred into chamber, where gas or electric oil heating is carried out; at the next stage the heated oil through the clearance filters is poured into container for purified oil. At that tank for sedimentation is equipped with concentrator of impulses of ultrasonic vibrations, by means of which from the oil surface oil drops are took off and directed by pipeline to heating chamber, contaminants remain in sedimentation tank; after preliminary purification oil is heated in heating chamber with microwaves, resulting in proportional and quick oil heating to the necessary temperature and viscosity, which is measured with installed viscosimeter. At the reaching of necessary oil viscosity the electromagnetic valve acts, providing oil flowing through filters into container for purified oil; the purification process control is carried out by microprocessor administration box and electromagnetic valves.
