Abstract

Disclosed flexographic printing press contains frame with bed located on it bed and located on the bed system of printing, control system, system of guiding the printed material with its unwinding/winding, system of drying of imprints and cooling of printed material, in this case the system of printing is executed in such a manner that it contains printed cylinder kinematically connected with one or several printed apparatuses, and printed apparatuses are, in turn, executed in such a manner that they contain kinematically connected together master cylinder fastened in the guides connected with the bed for adjusting the efforts of pressing of master cylinders against printed cylinder, anilox rolls secured in the guides connected with the bed for adjusting the efforts of pressing of anilox rolls against master cylinders, fountain rollers fastened in the guides connected with the bed for adjusting the efforts of pressing of fountain rollers against anilox rolls, and inking bath, in this case the control system is executed in such a manner that it contains control units for tightening control of printed material at unwinding and printed material at winding into the cylinder, and the systems of drying of the imprints of paints and cooling of the printed material contain calorifer connected with the aid of distribution adapters and hoses with the nozzles of intersectional and final drying, cooling fans and temperature sensors. In this case flexographic printing press is additionally equipped for each of printed apparatuses with detachable modular symmetrical structure, which is easily hingedly mounted on the shaft located on the bed and connected with the bed through the adjuster of efforts of pressing master cylinder against impression cylinder.
