Abstract
The inventions relate to machine building, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical industry. A method for fuel oil processing includes supply of raw material mixed with water in the zone of vortex-jet treatment. According to the first invention treatment of raw material in ratio of 1:4 of straight-run benzene and fuel oil with portion addition of water to 25 % of fuel oil mass is carried out under the temperature of 54-80 °С and atmospheric pressure in the zone of vortex-jet treatment, the flow is divided on at least two parts, the main of which is narrowed in the cross-section, is densified and then is sharply expanded, and additional one is decelerated and is ejected in the main flow at an angle, is intensively swirled, is sprayed by axisymmetric jet and fractions are collected. A rotary cavitation dispergator for fuel oil processing comprises rotary pulse plant with installed stator and rotor in the form of disks with toothed elements. According to the second invention one of the output pipes of the rotary pulse plant is connected to a convergent-divergent channel of the chamber for hydro-acoustic treatment with a toroidal chamber made between narrowing and expanding channels. At that the second output pipe of the rotary pulse plant through a throttle is connected to installed in the chamber of hydro-acoustic treatment annual chamber which is connected with the toroidal chamber by ejection openings made on periphery thereof. The inventions provide for increasing degree of selection of fractions of processed fuel oil.
